What Happens During the Process? To Answer, A Picture is Worth a THOUSAND WORDS…. What we do:
How long will this process take? The Honest Answer is, It Depends…
In the case of an Offer In Compromise, for example, it may take 9 months or a year
FOR THE IRS to process all of the documents. This is attributable to IRS budget cuts, and the number of cases in process as well.
You didn’t get into this issue overnight…and all valid solutions do take some time to resolve.
I’m looking to save money, can’t I just do this myself? Well, THEORETICALLY, yes, you can.
Just like you COULD defend yourself if you were charged with murder in a criminal trial.
But that isn’t the wisest way to defend yourself or your rights, is it?
And the IRS probably won’t give you a second chance, if you make an error.
We are EXPERTS. We Solve Tax Problems EVERY DAY.
Firm XYZ is less…Can I get a DISCOUNT off of your fees…?
Remember, you are not shopping for a new cellular phone here.
We ARE NOT a commodity.
Every case is different…Because we charge based on only the services required, so are our fees.
If we accept your case, we’ll work to make it affordable as we can for you.
We only accept 60 new cases a year.
If you had a heart attack and needed surgery, you’d want the best heart surgeon available,
not the one that gave you a discount, right?
Time to think of your tax problem as putting your financial life at risk.
Let it go long enough, and it will.
Firm XYZ is more…why are your fees so affordable compared to their quote?
If we have given you a fee quote it means two things.
1. We WANT to work with you, and
2. We believe we can WIN your case.
For some of our competitors, they don’t care about YOU…or WINNING YOUR case.
Instead they see you as a dollar sign…not a real person with a problem that needs help.
We’ll listen to you…
And when you listen to us in return, you’ll hear HELP…NOT a sales pitch.
Do you offer a Guarantee?
If any company gives you a guarantee, run as fast as possible. The IRS / State is the final arbiter of any decision. That said,
We will never base our fees on the amount of tax you owe. Our all-inclusive fee is based on a conservative estimate of time and work needed to conclude your case.
We will always explore all avenues to reduce your tax debt, but we will not waste your time or money on something we know won’t work.
We will fulfill what we have agreed to do for you, as long as you honor the terms of our agreement, including requested data from you and will fight for the absolute best results obtainable.
What are REWRITES and do you do them?
Rewrites, as they are called in the industry, are when a firm decides, often arbitrarily, that even though you have signed a contract and paid fees to them, they need MORE MONEY due to Complexity, or an unexpected development in your case, etc. etc.
It’s just an underhanded way to get more money from you
In our opinion they are highly unprofessional…and we NEVER operate that way.
Why do you offer ONE ON ONE, SECURE, WEBINARS nationwide via smartphone or webcam enabled computer?
Our clients have told us due to the private nature of their tax issues, they wish to be as PRIVATE as
possible, and COMFORTABLE at the same time. Our technology allows our clients to meet with us from the comfort of their own home or office…where tax documents are often close by and IRS letters received are within reach. This IS MUCH easier than finding an office, parking, worrying about childcare etc. Many of our clients are self employed and travel regularly, or are truck drivers who appreciate our
technology….accessible when and where they need it.
We’re accessible WHEN and WHERE you need us…FACE TO FACE.
It helps keep our overhead low, and our fees as affordable as possible.
If you require an in person meeting, we are happy to accomodate you at one of our many locations
nationwide. For in person meetings, we require a minimum deposit to cover our travel time and associated services.

No. Many of our competitors TRY to make a big deal of this.
Our TRUST is granted from a higher business authority, the US Treasury…
which requires annual continuing education requirements.
Our experience is the BBB uses high pressure sales tactics in an effort to portray trust.
These are the precise kinds of PREVALENT sales tactics in this industry we are trying to AVOID,
We didn’t earn our credentials, clients, and 20+ years of experience by simply signing an annual membership check.
We ARE proud to support our local Chamber of Commerce.
What is an Enrolled Agent?
An enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of practicing, that is, representing taxpayers, before the Internal Revenue Service. Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can practice before.
How can Enrolled Agent help me?
Enrolled Agents advise, represent, and prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts, and any entities with tax-reporting requirements. Enrolled Agents’ expertise in the continually changing field of taxation enables them to effectively represent taxpayers audited by the IRS and handle complex issues. They are generally granted the same rights as a tax attorney.
How Does an E.A. differ from other tax preparers?
Only Enrolled Agents are required to demonstrate to the IRS their competence in matters of taxation before they may represent a taxpayer before the IRS. Unlike attorneys and CPAs, who may or may not choose to specialize in taxes, all Enrolled Agents specialize in taxation. Enrolled Agents are the only taxpayer representatives who receive their right to practice from the U.S. government (CPAs and attorneys are licensed by the states).
